BV Oly Hotel conference center has an auditorium and 3 meeting rooms, with much space for events,
congresses and meetings.
Auditorium Europa

Conceived for big events, Auditorium Europa is an amphitheater with a maximum occupancy of 220 seats,
reception and foyer.
The seats are fixed and have a folding desk arm, the presidential table is put in an elevated position in order
to be visible from anyplace in the room. There are also an amplification and video projection system, a
control both, a simultaneous translation both and a WI-FI connection.
Hall Roma
150 people maximum
Ideal for company meetings, the room can accommodate up to 150 people with simple armchair and tables
for speakers.
Set-up such as school desks and U-shape are also available. The WI-FI connection is free for participants.
Hall Marconi
30 people maximum
Perfect for business courses, Hall Marconi can accommodate up to 30 people with simple armchair and
tables for speakers.
Set-up such as school desks and U-shape are also available. The WI-FI connection is free for participants.
Hall Volta
12 people maximum
Ideal for briefing and interviews, the Hall Volta can accommodate up to 12 people, it can be set-up with
simple chairs and speaker’s table or in a U-shape with 8 tables. The WI-FI connection is free for participants.
